A message dated April 1, 2005, was read stating the Governor has                                    
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 158                                                                              
    "An Act relating to the public school account and renaming the                                  
    public school account as the public education fund; and providing
